The automated and manual flow of premium reversals within the Aura ecosystem.
All new coverage modules include a 14-day 'Cooling-off' cycle. During this period, you may terminate your module for a 100% premium reversal, provided no claim events have been registered in the system.
After the initial cycle, terminations result in a pro-rata refund of the remaining coverage period. A small administrative execution fee may be deducted to cover system compute costs.
Approved refunds are transmitted back to the original funding source (Card or Direct Debit Node) within 3-5 business days. Manual reversals may take longer if additional verification is required.
